TERMS OF SERVICE

Using the App means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to create a member account. You are responsible for providing accurate information when you register, and for keeping your sign-in details confidential. You may browse the App without an account; member features require a registered account.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, for the content you post and share, and for not sharing your password or authentication details with anyone. Let us know through the App's Contact page if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

The App provides tools for browsing Magic: The Gathering card information, building and saving decks, playtesting decks against automated opponents, and — for members — sharing public decks, playing matches with other members, and tracking collections and wishlists. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Decks, collection entries, and wishlist entries you create are yours to create, edit, and manage through the App's features. Decks you publish to the Public Deck Library are visible to other members. You are responsible for the deck names, descriptions, and other details you attach to your content.

Member messaging, member profiles, published decks, and other community features let members interact with one another. Use of these features is subject to the conduct rules in Section 7, and misuse may result in moderation action under Section 9.

When using the App, do not: harass, threaten, or abuse other members; post content that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, or infringes others' rights; impersonate others or misrepresent your identity; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or our systems; interfere with the App's operation; or use the App for commercial purposes not provided for by the App's features.

You keep ownership of content you create in the App, such as decks, deck descriptions, profile details, messages, and posts. By publishing or sharing content through the App's features, you allow the App to store and display it as needed to provide those features. You may remove content using the App's existing features where available. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.

Members can report content or users and block other members. We may review reports and may restrict, hide, or remove content, or suspend accounts, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. Moderation decisions and enforcement are at our discretion.

MGN Pro is an optional paid membership that unlocks additional App features. The features included in MGN Pro are the ones shown in the App, and may change over time. A free trial may be available as described at checkout. Free accounts keep access to the free features of the App.

MGN Pro purchases and renewals are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). You can view your subscription status, and cancel or manage your subscription, from your account settings in the App and from the payment provider's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect as described in the App and the payment provider's settings. We make no refund promises beyond what is required by applicable law; refund questions can be sent through the App's Contact page.

The App displays information, images, and links from third parties — including card data and marketplace links — and relies on third-party hosting, authentication, and payment services. Those services and sites operate under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability. External links open outside the App.

MGN Deck Builder is an unofficial fan utility. Magic: The Gathering, card names, card artwork, rules text, and related intellectual property belong to their respective rights holders, including Wizards of the Coast. Masters Gaming Network is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Wizards of the Coast.

The App is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms as the App evolves; the current version is always posted in the App.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the App, or create risk or liability for us or other members. You may stop using the App at any time.

The App and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Card information, prices, and match results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and should not be relied upon for transactions or tournament play. Playtest results do not guarantee outcomes in real games.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masters Gaming Network will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid to us for MGN Pro in the twelve months before the claim, or nothing if you are a free member.

If we update these Terms, the revised version will be posted in the App at this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
